We are a full service real estate company. We work with the buyer and seller to the date of closing and beyond.
We can help with establishing a value or can help with an auction bid to get the best possible price.
We are members of the National, Minnesota and West Central Association of REALTORS. This affiliation allows us to have our listings on the multiple listing service, advertised worldwide.
Appraisals
We do real property appraisals. Some of our clients are individuals and corporations for purpose of sales, exchanges, estate valuation, and divorce settlement. Properties appraised include farms, dwellings, and commercial properties.

Property Management
We offer farm management services- help with the leases or finding current lease values. We can work with your tenants in negotiating rents, executing leases and collecting rents and disbursements.
We work with cash rent leases as well as crop share leases.
We also work with the Madison EDA for property management for Eastview Apartments in Madison. This involves rental agreements, tenant management, collecting rents and disbursements.
